A COUNTRY GARDEN JOURNAL is a collection of posts, recipes, product ideas, and information that I deem worthy of sharing. This website is The Gathering Place for all who love to read, talk, and dream about growing your own fruit, gardening, foraging for wild foods, cooking from scratch, and Living The Simple Life. Over the past 45 years, I have learned many things that I would like to share to help others.
A COUNTRY GARDEN JOURNAL is a personal blog written and edited by me. This Disclaimer is an acknowledgement that this blog accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions, or other forms of compensation to help compensate me for the time I spend writing, researching, and creating the posts for this blog.
My “target audience” is the U.S.A., although some people in Canada might possibly find this information useful. We do not use the metric system here, so my recipes would be of little interest outside the U.S.A. My gardening advice goes by climate, or as we say: “hardiness zones.” These articles would be of little interest to people in a different climate than ours.
I do NOT do email marketing, telephone marketing, or direct mail marketing. I do NOT compile and sell lists of email addresses, telephone numbers, mailing addresses, website addresses, or any personal information on anyone. I do NOT store your information on my phone. All of this is done out of an abundance of caution, and for the purpose of treating others as I would like to be treated.
I do NOT write and distribute newsletters. I do NOT offer “freebies,” gifts, or special offers in exchange for your email address or other personal information. I do NOT send out email notification of new blog posts. If you like my blog well enough, it will be your choice of whether or not to add A COUNTRY GARDEN JOURNAL to your computer’s “Favorites” List. You are welcome to print copies of our posts that you feel are of value to you. We love to share! Susan R. Godden
